Meng Xianlong: Male, a Falun Gong practitioner from Hegang, Heilongjiang. Falun Gong practitioners Liu Qingfu, Meng Xianlong, and Zhou Yuqin from Hegang, Heilongjiang, were followed and monitored by police for a long time. The three were captured by surveillance cameras while distributing materials explaining the truth about Falun Gong. In mid-May 2025, Liu Qingfu, Meng Xianlong, and Zhou Yuqin were arrested by police at the same time and subsequently detained at the Hegang City Detention Center. In mid-October 2026, it was learned that Meng Xianlong had been sentenced to three years by the Xing’an District Court of Hegang City. His sentence runs through May 2028.

The details are reported as follows: Zhou Yanhua: A female Falun Gong practitioner from Hunchun City, Jilin Province. Because she persisted in practicing Falun Dafa, Zhou Yanhua has repeatedly been persecuted by the Chinese Communist Party authorities over the years. She was sent to a forced labor camp for one year in 2001 and for two years in 2003, during which she was repeatedly beaten with electric batons as a form of torture. On August 7, 2024, Zhou Yanhua was arrested while traveling on a high-speed train, and her home was later ransacked. Zhou Yanhua was then detained at the Yanji City Detention Center. She was subsequently placed under criminal detention, formally arrested, and indicted.
