2026年8月23日,本网获悉获刑8年6个月的辽宁省营口市大石桥市法轮功学员龚素艳女士的案情及简历,现在通报如下:
龚素艳:辽宁省营口市大石桥市法轮功学员,女,1954年生,2026年72岁,家住大石桥市永安镇东植村。
大石桥市公安局对本地法轮功学员进行了长达半年的手机监控与跟踪,于2025年11月25日实施统一抓捕行动,仅刑警大队就出动二十多名警察。
2025年11月25日张余振、妻子龚素艳(72岁)夫妇及未修炼的儿子张博,被警察闯入家中强行抓捕并抄家。被绑架的男性学员被关押在大石桥市看守所,女性学员则被关押在营口市看守所。随即他们均遭刑事拘留,后遭批捕、起诉。2026年7月16日、17日,站前区法院连续两天开庭审理此案,并于8月11日下达(2026)辽0802刑初72号《刑事判决书》,龚素艳被判刑8年6个月,罚金五万人民币;刑期至:2034年5月24日。
