The information is now reported as follows:

Xin Kui: A female Falun Gong practitioner from Caoshi Town, Qingyuan County, Fushun City, Liaoning Province, born in 1975 and 51 years old in 2026. She lives in Paoziyan Village, Caoshi Town, Qingyuan County. She began practicing Falun Gong in 1996.

On the morning of November 22, 2025, she was arrested by police from the Shancheng Police Station while distributing 2026 Falun Gong New Year calendars to members of the public in Baomin Village. Subsequently, Xin Kui was detained at the Meihekou City Detention Center and criminally detained; she was later formally arrested and prosecuted. In mid-March 2026, the Meihekou City Court sentenced her to 8 months in prison. Her sentence ends on: July 21, 2026.
