Wang Xinghui：A Falun Gong practitioner from Pingchuan District, Baiyin City, Gansu Province, born in 1963, aged 63 in 2026, living alone. Her husband has died, and her children work outside the area. She was arrested by local police on March 8, 2024, and was subsequently criminally detained, formally arrested, and prosecuted in 2025. She was later sentenced to 5 years. Her sentence ends on March 7, 2029. In early October 2025， Wang Xinghui was transferred to Gansu Women’s Prison to serve her sentence。
