Qi Lihua：A female Falun Gong practitioner from Changchun。Because she has persisted in her Falun Gong faith，for many years，the public security system and government officials of Shuangyang District, Changchun、the Qijia Township Comprehensive Management Office、and police stations repeatedly came to her home to harass and persecute her，forcing Qi Lihua to become displaced several times，and she was illegally detained and imprisoned multiple times，suffering severe physical and mental devastation and harm，the persecution destroyed Qi Lihua’s family。

She was arrested and sentenced in 2023，and is currently detained in Jilin Women’s Prison，where she has suffered prolonged and cruel torture，including sitting on a small stool for long periods、being restricted from using the toilet、and being handcuffed to a bed，among other abuses。The persecution has caused a marked decline in her memory，a vacant expression，and a sharp deterioration in both her mental and physical condition。She has more than a year remaining on her sentence，which runs until 2027，and her life and health are a matter of deep concern。

According to an informed source，Qi Lihua is detained in the Eighth Prison District of Changchun Women’s Prison。Upon entering the prison，she was assigned to Cell 7 on the first floor of the Eighth Prison District，which is known as the “hard-battle” cell，and is specifically used to forcibly “transform” Falun Gong practitioners。
