Liu Xinli：A female Falun Gong practitioner from Yingkou, Liaoning， born in 1957， and aged 69 in 2026。 Because she persisted in her Falun Gong faith， she was repeatedly abducted and detained by Chinese Communist Party police。
On the afternoon of March 8, 2026， Wei Liping and Liu Xinli were arrested and their homes were ransacked by police from the Wutaizi Police Station for explaining Falun Gong to the public， after which they were detained and persecuted at the Yingkou City Detention Center。 They were later criminally detained， formally arrested， and prosecuted。 They were subsequently sentenced by the Zhanqian District Court on July 28, 2026： Wei Liping was sentenced to five years in prison and fined 20,000 yuan； Liu Xinli was sentenced to four years in prison and fined 20,000 yuan。 Liu Xinli's sentence ends on： March 7, 2030。
