Feng Guichun was abducted and framed by the public security, procuratorial, and judicial authorities and unjustly sentenced to four years， In October 2024, she was transferred to the 11th ward of Shandong Women’s Prison， where she was subjected to persecution involving forced “transformation” and confinement in a “small room.” In August 2025， after Feng Guichun submitted a “petition for appeal” to the Supreme People’s Court， she was punished and retaliated against by Shandong Women’s Prison， and was once again subjected to persecution and abuse in a “small cell.” Her family had previously filed complaints and appeals over this. Since October 2025， because she refused to sign the so-called “transformation” documents， Shandong Women’s Prison has deprived her of basic rights including communication and shopping. During a visit on April 22, 2026， her family saw that long-term malnutrition had caused her face to darken and left her extremely emaciated， and she said that three of her teeth had become loose， making chewing difficult. Her family was extremely dissatisfied and concerned about this.

Feng Guichun：A female Falun Gong practitioner from Linyi City, Shandong Province， she was in her thirties in 2025， and single. She is an employee of the Linyi Central Blood Station and works at the Linyi Municipal Government Affairs Center。

On August 24, 2023, Feng Guichun was arrested by police from the Political Security Division (Domestic Security) of the Lanshan District Public Security Branch in Linyi City for disseminating Falun Gong to the public， and was immediately criminally detained， later being formally arrested with the approval of the procuratorate。 She was illegally detained at the Linyi City Detention Center。 On May 30, 2024， Ms. Feng Guichun was sentenced to four years in prison and fined 30,000 yuan by the Lanshan District Court。 Dissatisfied with the verdict, Feng Guichun appealed to the Linyi Intermediate People’s Court， which upheld the original judgment in the second instance。 Sentence end date： August 23, 2027。
