(Rights Defense Network Information Center report) On July 27, 2026, this website learned of the case details and profile of Ms. Yu Chunxiang, a 65-year-old Falun Gong practitioner from Dalian who was sentenced to four years. They are reported as follows:

Yu Chunxiang: A female Falun Gong practitioner from Dalian, Liaoning Province, born in 1961 and aged 65 in 2026. Since the Chinese Communist Party launched the persecution of Falun Gong in 1999, she has suffered numerous forms of persecution, including abduction and imprisonment. She was sentenced to four years in prison in 2018. On the morning of March 4, 2026, Yu Chunxiang was arrested after police from the Domestic Security Brigade of the Xigang Branch of the Dalian Public Security Bureau and Beijing Street Police Station broke into her home and raided it. She was subsequently held at the Yaojia Detention Center in Dalian. On May 12, she was prosecuted by the Ganjingzi District Procuratorate; on July 23, the Ganjingzi District Court sentenced her to four years in prison. Sentence ends: March 3, 2030.
