Li Xiukuan: A male Falun Gong practitioner from Shuangcheng District, Harbin, Heilongjiang. On August 21, 2025, Li Xiukuan’s home was raided and he was arrested by police, and he was detained at the Shuangcheng Detention Center. He was subsequently criminally detained, formally arrested, and prosecuted. In late June 2026, news emerged that he had been sentenced to 4 years and 6 months by the Daoli District Court of Harbin on January 20, 2026. He has now developed symptoms of illness as a result of the persecution and has been sent to Harbin No. 6 Hospital, located in Acheng District.
