Ding Yan: A female Falun Gong practitioner from Tonghua City, Jilin Province, born in October 1953, she is 73 in 2026. She lives on Xinzhan Street, Dongchang District, Tonghua City. She began practicing Falun Gong in 1997. After the CCP began its large-scale persecution of Falun Gong in 1999, Ding Yan was detained multiple times and subjected to torture.
Ding Yan was arrested again around January 10, 2026, and was later prosecuted. She was ultimately sentenced to 3 years in prison by the Liuhe County Court of Tonghua City, and is currently incarcerated at Jilin Province Women's Prison to serve her sentence. Sentence ends: January 9, 2029.

Pastor and preacher An Yankui of Taiyuan Xuncheng Reformed Church placed under 15 days of administrative detention for “organizing illegal religious activities”
The Rights Defense Network Information Center reported that preacher An Yankui, pastor of Taiyuan Xuncheng Reformed Church, was taken from his home by the Taiyuan Public Security Bureau at about 10:30 a.m. on September 29, 2026, on suspicion of organizing illegal religious activities. His wife, Yao Congya, was told the next day that he had been placed in administrative detention for 15 days. In 2022, An was sentenced to one year in prison for illegally crossing national territory.
