Chen Qing：（also written as Chen Qing），a male Falun Gong practitioner from Mian County, Shaanxi，was in his 60s in 2026，and was a retired employee of the Shaanxi Cemented Carbide Tool Factory。Because he continued to practise Falun Gong，he was repeatedly abducted and detained by Chinese Communist Party police and subjected to extrajudicial re-education through labor and persecution in brainwashing classes。

In July 2024，Chen Qing, a Falun Gong practitioner living alone in Mian County, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province, suddenly disappeared。Two months later，his family and friends learned that he had been arrested by Mian County police。Thereafter，the public security, procuratorate and courts in Mian County continued to fabricate a case against him。It was learned in July 2026，that Chen Qing had been sentenced to 3 years and 6 months，and had been secretly imprisoned in Weinan Prison, Shaanxi Province, as early as the end of 2025。The specific process by which he was framed is unknown。Sentence ends：January 2028。
