Gao Zuokui：A male Falun Gong practitioner from Huludao City, Liaoning Province， born in 1963， and aged 63 in 2026。 He lives in Gangtun Town, Huludao City。 He began practicing Falun Gong in 1997。
On the evening of March 17, 2022， Gao Zuokui was giving Falun Gong materials to local residents in Si'erpu Town when he was reported to the Si'erpu Town police station。 Because of the pandemic situation at the time， he was released and sent home after being detained。 Later， because he did not reside at his registered household address， the police actually used this as grounds to falsely accuse him of being an “online fugitive”。 Three and a half years later， on October 22, 2025， police arrested him at his workplace。 On November 13, 2025， Gao Zuokui was formally arrested by the Lianshan District Procuratorate of Huludao City。 On March 27, 2026， the Lianshan District Court sentenced Gao Zuokui to 3 years and 6 months in prison， and fined him 10,000 yuan。 His sentence runs until April 21, 2029。
