Liu Ruping:A male Falun Gong practitioner from Changqing District, Jinan City, Shandong Province, born in 1961 and aged 65 in 2026。Liu Ruping and his wife, Zhang Chenglan, were arrested on the morning of September 29, 2025, Liu Ruping is being held at the Changqing District Detention Center(Jinan No. 3 Detention Center), while Zhang Chenglan is being held at the Jinan City Detention Center。On March 13, 2026, they were tried by the Changqing District Court of Jinan City, but no verdict was issued that day, on April 15, 2026, the judgments were issued, Liu Ruping was sentenced to three and a half years、 and Zhang Chenglan was sentenced to three years。Sentence ends: March 28, 2029。
