Yang Tanguo: A male Falun Gong practitioner from Qinzhou District, Tianshui City, Gansu Province. In late December 2024, Yang Tanguo was arrested and his home was raided by the Domestic Security authorities of Qinzhou District, Tianshui City. He was subsequently criminally detained and arrested by the Qinzhou District Procuratorate. He has been held at the Qinzhou District Detention Center, and his family has been prohibited from visiting him throughout. One and a half years after his arrest and detention, he was sentenced by the Qinzhou District Court of Tianshui City in July 2026. Yang Tanguo was sentenced to 2 years, with his sentence ending in late December 2026.
