Gu Fubao: A male Falun Gong practitioner from Harbin, Heilongjiang, residing in Harbin’s Daowai District. On July 15, 2025, he was arrested by police from a nearby police station while distributing Falun Dafa materials to people in a residential community near Maduan Street in Nangang District. His home was subsequently ransacked. He was later criminally detained, formally arrested and prosecuted, and held at the Nangang District Detention Center. At the end of June 2026, it was learned that he had been secretly sentenced to 1 year and 10 months. He has since been transferred to prison and is being held at Harbin Hulan Prison. His sentence runs until May 14, 2027.
