Niu Tengyu’s Mother: A Blood-and-Tears Indictment—My Son Niu Tengyu Suffered Inhuman Torture at a Guangdong “Shuanggui Site”

My son, Niu Tengyu，was illegally framed by the Political and Legal Affairs Commission of Guangdong Province，and unjustly imprisoned。In order to seek justice for him，I travelled to Guangdong many times。However，to force my son to “confess”，and make him take the role of “principal offender”for Gu Yangyang，they illegally detained him at No. 103 Zhu’anyuan，Nanhai District，Foshan City，Guangdong Province，under the name of “residential surveillance at a designated location”。

This Zhu’anyuan site was originally a “shuanggui site” used by disciplinary inspection and supervision organs to isolate and investigate Communist Party officials，but the Guangdong Political and Legal Affairs Commission turned it into a hell on earth specifically for inflicting torture。It not only tortures officials suspected of duty-related crimes，but also targets “political prisoners”and anyone they set their sights on。

On December 10，2019，under the direction of the Guangdong Political and Legal Affairs Commission，the Maoming Public Security Bureau transferred my son there，and greatly increased the number of Foshan police to expand the ranks of torturers。From that moment on，my son fell into hell and suffered unimaginably brutal torture。

Despite narrowly escaping death，despite a life worse than death，my son never bowed his head、never begged for mercy、and never confessed from beginning to end！With an iron will，he defended his innocence。

Torture One：the tiger bench——joints silently torn apart

The police strapped my son to a long bench，binding his legs tightly together and straight，with bricks placed under his ankles and ropes tightly cinched around his knees。With his feet elevated and his knees forcibly pressed down，they inflicted devastating damage on the joints and ligaments of his knees and ankles without causing obvious external injuries。My son often sat like this for several hours or even an entire day，with pain like thousands of arrows piercing his heart，yet unable to live or die。

Torture Two：hanging with the arms behind the back——ligaments torn apart alive

The Maoming and Foshan police wrapped towels or thick strips of cloth around the handcuffs to avoid leaving obvious marks，then handcuffed my son behind his back and hung him high in the air。The ligaments in his shoulder and elbow joints were violently stretched for long periods，each session lasting several hours or even an entire day，causing excruciating pain and permanent damage。

Torture Three：withholding food and water——a slow death from hunger and thirst

On the first day my son was transferred to the “shuanggui site”，he was deprived of food and water。Each day he was given only one bowl of plain white rice or one steamed bun，with no meat、no vegetables、and no salt，and sometimes not a drop of water for an entire day。The torment of hunger and thirst left him struggling at the edge of hell every minute and every second。

Torture Four：being suspended——both hands deprived of blood; two fingers permanently disabled

They wrapped towels around the handcuffs and hung my son in the middle of the room，with both feet completely off the ground。Each time he was suspended for at least an hour，and sometimes for as long as an entire day。The high-intensity suspension caused severe ischemia in his hands，ultimately disabling two fingers and leaving him permanently impaired！

Torture Five：electrocution——extreme pain as electric current passed through his entire body

The police fixed my son’s hands and feet to a chair，connected electrical wires to his body，and switched on the device to transmit electric current。The current passed through his entire body，creating pain that cannot be described in words。The device could precisely control the current and voltage，allowing them to make my son suffer the maximum possible pain without electrocuting him to death。

Torture Six：scalding liquid wax——burning like being skinned

The police stripped all the clothes from my son and poured heated，scalding candle wax directly over his body。This method，which caused extreme pain without leaving severe external injuries，was horrifying。

Torture Seven：injections of saline solution——the nightmare of swelling and rotting from within

They filled large syringes with saline solution and injected it into my son’s limbs and torso，one syringe after another。The excessive fluid caused intense pain，and several days later the skin at the injection sites ulcerated。They nevertheless falsely claimed it was a “skin disease”to cover up their crimes。

At first，the torturers were still concerned about external injuries and used “clean” methods。But after carrying them out for several days，perhaps after receiving new orders，they completely tore off their masks and began using methods that could cause obvious external injuries or even fatal consequences，and attempted various sexually perverse methods to humiliate my son。

Fatal Torture Eight：beatings——bloodied flesh and the brink of death

The police in Maoming and Foshan used whips、belts、fists and feet to savagely beat my son。They beat him for at least one hour every day，and sometimes for several hours。They took turns，with one replacing another when he became tired; when a whip was ruined they switched to a belt，when the belt broke they used fists and feet，and when their fists and feet hurt they struck him with the soles of their shoes。

My son was beaten until his skin was torn and bloody，with no patch of uninjured flesh anywhere on his body，his entire body black with bruises and covered in layers of dark-red dried scars，leaving him in a horrifying condition！

After such cruel and bloody beatings，my son’s pupils soon became dilated and he was on the verge of death。The police sent him to hospital for emergency treatment as required，and he was fortunate to survive。

However，as soon as he escaped the gates of death，he was dragged back to the “shuanggui site” to be beaten again，and they hit him even more brutally than before！He was again on the verge of death and was again taken to hospital。

While the hospital was treating him，Chen Quanhui of the Foshan police openly threatened the doctor treating him: “Do not resuscitate him!”The doctor refused this inhuman demand and insisted on saving my son’s life。

Perverse Torture Nine：sexual humiliation——humanity utterly extinguished

This same Chen Quanhui is a thoroughly perverse sexual sadist！He stripped my son naked and hung him fully exposed in the room，first insulting him with the filthiest and most perverse language and using threats of sexual assault to force a confession。He even used a lighter to burn my son’s genitals in front of him！More outrageously，he took a large number of nude photographs and stored them on a computer as a tool for prolonged sexual humiliation。

In the face of these nine layers of hellish torture，my son never bowed his head、never begged for mercy、and never confessed！

Dear readers，this is not a novel，but the real hell my son personally experienced！

The Guangdong Political and Legal Affairs Commission and these “law enforcers”under it invoke the law while doing things worse than beasts。They are devils in human skin，and a cancer on society！

As a mother，my heart is bleeding。I hereby lodge this complaint:：

Please let everyone with a conscience pay attention to the Niu Tengyu case！

Restore my son’s good name！

Let these torturers——especially people like Chen Quanhui——pay the price they deserve！

If we remain silent about such torture today，tomorrow it may happen to us or our loved ones！Please speak out with me，so that justice is no longer absent and the innocent no longer weep！
