(Rights Defense Network Information Center report)On August 16, 2026, this website learned: Hunan courts insisted on having Ms. Li Yueying, an 86-year-old Falun Gong practitioner from Chenxi County, Huaihua City, Hunan Province, forcibly committed to prison by Yuanling Court。

Ms. Li Yueying, who is over 80 years old, was kidnapped and framed six years ago by police from the Chenxi County Public Security Bureau and Procuratorate for speaking about Falun Gong, four years ago, she was prosecuted by the Yuanling County Procuratorate; three years ago, she was sentenced to six months in prison by the Yuanling County Court。 Since then, the Yuanling County Court, disregarding her advanced age and frail health, has repeatedly attempted to have her forcibly imprisoned and persecuted。 In July 2026, court bailiffs finally forcibly sent 86-year-old Li Yueying to the Changsha Women's Prison。 It was the height of the summer heat, and her family was extremely worried about her health。 This is an absurd and cruel case of persecution targeting an elderly woman。

Li Yueying is 86 years old this year, and is a retired worker from the fishery in Chenxi County, Huaihua City, Hunan Province。 In 1995, she began practicing Falun Gong。 On July 20, 1999, after the Jiang Zemin regime of the Chinese Communist Party launched the persecution of Falun Gong, Li Yueying was kidnapped and detained multiple times for persisting in her faith, and was twice subjected to illegal reeducation through labor and labor reform。

In recent years, numerous elderly Falun Gong practitioners have been forcibly imprisoned and persecuted by Chinese Communist Party courts, showing that these courts are carrying out rigid orders from above。
