On the afternoon of July 22, 2026， Haimen, Nantong petitioner Zhu Peijuan posted a message on WeChat， saying that she and her husband Xu Jian had arrived in Beijing at the end of June， and returned together from Beijing to Haimen, Nantong, this afternoon， she arrived home safely， while Xu Jian was taken away at Haimen Station by the Sanxing Police Station of the Haimen District Public Security Bureau of Nantong Municipality in a private car（license plate Su F：DD0403） without any legal documents being presented， Zhu Peijuan went to the Sanxing Police Station to inquire， and learned that her husband Xu Jian had been detained at the police station on the grounds of “disturbing the order of a work unit”。 Zhu Peijuan believes that she and her husband committed no illegal acts in Beijing， even if they had committed an illegal act， it should fall under the jurisdiction of the Beijing police， and believes that certain leaders of the Sanxing Town Police Station abused their authority to suppress and retaliate against Xu Jian。
