Pang Zhihua：A male Falun Gong practitioner from Yinan County, Shandong，approximately 50 years old in 2026。A villager from Shanglang Village, Yinan County，he previously worked as a privately contracted teacher at the local Suozhuang Primary School。He began practicing Falun Gong in 1996。After the Chinese Communist authorities launched a large-scale persecution of Falun Gong on July 20, 1999，he was repeatedly persecuted and was once subjected to one year of illegal re-education through labor。
In October 2025，Pang Zhihua used WeChat on his mobile phone to send a message reading “Falun Dafa is good” to a friend，which was detected by the Yinan County cyber police，and Pang Zhihua was subsequently arrested by the Yinan County Domestic Security Brigade and the Shuanghou Township Police Station，then criminally detained and held at the Yinan County Detention Center。He was later formally arrested and prosecuted、and was sentenced to one year in prison in May 2026，with his sentence running until：October 2026。
