Liu Dequn: A female Falun Gong practitioner in Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, she was in her sixties in 2026 and lived in Honghuagang District, Zunyi City. On May 9, 2023, Liu Dequn was arrested while speaking about Falun Gong at the Chuntianbao vegetable market in Zunyi City and was held at Zunyi City No. 2 Detention Center. She was subsequently criminally detained, formally arrested, and indicted. In September 2026, it was learned that she had been sentenced to 4 years. She is currently held at Guizhou Province No. 1 Women's Prison to serve her sentence. Her sentence runs until May 8, 2027.
