The details are reported as follows:
Yao Xiurong: A female Falun Gong practitioner from Fengrun District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, born in 1966 and aged 60 in 2026. She previously worked at the coking and gas plant of Tangshan Iron and Steel Company and began practicing Falun Gong in 1997.
On the morning of October 28, 2025, Yao Xiurong and five other Falun Gong practitioners were telling members of the public about Falun Gong at the Niangniangzhuang market in Zunhua City when police from the Chengguan Police Station in Fengrun District arrested them and took them to the Fengrun District Public Security Bureau. That day, personnel from the Fengrun District Public Security Bureau also searched their homes. Yao Xiurong and the others were detained at the Tangshan No. 1 Detention Center. They were later placed under criminal detention, formally arrested, and prosecuted. On September 22, 2026, Yao Xiurong was sentenced by the Zunhua City Court to 3 years and 6 months in prison and fined 10,000 yuan; her sentence runs through April 27, 2029.

Police arrested him and ransacked his home on January 6 over his refusal to sign a house demolition contract. His sentence ends January 5, 2028. In 2015, he was sentenced to three years after an arrest.

Liu Dequn, a Falun Gong practitioner in her sixties who lived in Honghuagang District, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, was arrested on May 9, 2023, while speaking about Falun Gong at Chuntianbao vegetable market. She was held at Zunyi City No. 2 Detention Center and later criminally detained, formally arrested and indicted. In September 2026, it was learned she had been sentenced to four years.
