The details are now reported as follows：
Zhang Ailian：a Falun Gong practitioner from Shizhong District, Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province, aged 67 or 68 in 2026, and a resident of Shizhong District, Zaozhuang City。
In September 2025，while distributing Falun Gong materials at the Bada Wholesale Market on Qingtan Road in Shizhong District, she was spotted and reported by security guards through surveillance footage。Police followed her to her home。Subsequently，officers from the local police station raided her home and arrested her。Zhang Ailian was later detained at the Yuelou Detention Center in Shizhong District。She was then criminally detained, formally arrested and prosecuted。During this period，her husband was repeatedly threatened and intimidated by police who came to their home，and, seriously ill and without anyone to care for him, he was unable to withstand the pressure and died at home less than a month later。The Chinese Communist Party's public security, procuratorial and judicial personnel not only did not allow Zhang Ailian to return home to handle the funeral arrangements，but instead sentenced her to 3 years and 6 months，and sent her to Jinan Women's Prison to serve her sentence。Her sentence runs until：March 2029。

Sun Chao, a Christian preacher at Philadelphia Church in Qujing, Yunnan, was transferred to criminal detention on August 7, 2026, after completing a 12-day administrative detention for preaching the Gospel.
