The information is hereby reported as follows:
Pan Surong: A female Falun Gong practitioner from Luannan County, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, born in August 1964, aged 62 in 2026, and living in Dashawo Village, Bachigang Town, Luannan County. She and her husband, Jiang Shuncai, began practicing Falun Gong around 1998.
After the CCP began persecuting Falun Gong in July 1999, Pan Surong’s husband, Jiang Shuncai, was repeatedly abducted and detained for persisting in his practice, and ultimately died as a result of the persecution.
On February 9, 2025, she was again arrested by plainclothes police while talking to people about Falun Gong in a county-town square, and her home was raided. After being detained at a police station for three days, she was taken to Tangshan No. 1 Detention Center. On the morning of June 26, 2025, the Luannan County Court held a hearing on Pan Surong’s case. It was later learned that she was sentenced to 1 year and 9 months and is currently being held in the Fifth Ward of Luquan Women’s Prison in Hebei Province. Her sentence ends on November 8, 2026.

Sun Chao, a Christian preacher at Philadelphia Church in Qujing, Yunnan, was transferred to criminal detention on August 7, 2026, after completing a 12-day administrative detention for preaching the Gospel.
