Tian Shulin: A male Falun Gong practitioner from Jinan, Shandong, born in 1942 and 84 years old in 2026, residing in the Shizhong District of Jinan, Shandong. On September 29, 2025, the elderly Tian Shulin was arrested by the Jinan public security authorities, the Domestic Security Brigade of the Changqing District Public Security Bureau, and police officers from the police stations under its jurisdiction. He was initially detained at the Jinan No. 3 Detention Center (located in Changqing District), and was later detained at the Zhangqiu District Detention Center in Jinan. After being unlawfully detained for one year, he was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months by the Zhangqiu District Court.
