Han Wei:A male Falun Gong practitioner from Harbin, Heilongjiang Province。 On March 28, 2024, Han Wei was arrested across provincial borders by police from the Tongzhou District Public Security Bureau in Nantong, Jiangsu Province, and one month later was subjected to so-called “release on bail pending trial”。 On the morning of August 1, 2025, Han Wei received a notice from the Dongfeng Police Station of the Jidong County Public Security Bureau instructing him to go to the police station。 Upon arrival, police handling the case from the Tongzhou District Public Security Bureau in Nantong told him: the Chongchuan District Court in Nantong had issued an “arrest warrant” on July 25, 2025, and required them to carry out the arrest。 Han Wei was then arrested and detained at the Nantong Detention Center。 On March 26, 2026, the Chongchuan District Court in Nantong, Jiangsu Province sentenced him to 1 year and 3 months。 His sentence runs until: September 30, 2026。
